The publisher of The Unquiet Grave is Da Capo Press, an imprint of the Perseus Books Group, but it’s best to inquire directly to Steve, as inquiries to Da Capo or Perseus tend to go astray. (Da Capo and Perseus acquired (as publishers say) The Unquiet Grave from Avalon Publishing on the latter’s death, Avalon having acquired it from Four Walls Eight Windows on its death.) The publisher of Steve’s second book will be W. W. Norton.
