MISCELLANEY
Who designed your website?
Hilary Williams, designer extraordinaire, of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Does Steve write under a pseudonym?
No. Or, not really. Steve took his wife’s name, Hendricks, when they got married. She pays the bills. It seemed a good trade (and still does). He was born Steve Bicknell, more properly Stephen Bicknell, and published under that name prenuptially.
